YOGA CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

RESTORATIVE- Gain flexibility and release tension as you settle into seated/ supported postures using props, essential oils, guided meditation, sound and breath work. MONDAY 5:30pm

SLOW FLOW- Let go of stress, strengthen your body and release tension. This class offers a strong focus on breath work and moving safely with smooth transitions. TUESDAY 8:30am

MINDFUL MOVEMENTS- If you are just getting started or looking to improve your balance this style is a great option! The 10 mindful movements are offered each time combined with basic yoga postures to build core strength and joint stability.   WEDNESDAY 8:30am

BALANCE + CORE- Build strength and joint stability in this class. We use props and modifications will be offered for core work, as well as standing + seated postures! THURSDAY 8:30am

ALOHA FLOW- Enjoy a Gentle + Restorative practice inspired by island vibes! FRIDAY 8:30am

CORE BASICS- Connect with your breath and build confidence in basic postures for a healthy and strong yoga practice. Includes some core work + relaxation time. WEDNESDAY 5:30pm | SATURDAY 10am
